Tying Stealth flies to their true original design, like all flies, demands the correct type of materials. Until now all that we had were a few colours which limited the amount of different patterns that we could tie if we were to make them represent real food-fish. Consequently we have been searching for over a year to find what we needed to expand our range. Only by co-operating with a major manufacturer have we been able to come up with what we needed and so at last we are pleased to present our new range of colours. One or two of them you may recognise as they were in our original range of body fibres, but have now been re-classified for inclusion in this new category of body hair so as to make an informed choice much easier. Kennett Green and Opal White are two of those that you will no longer find mixed-up with our other fibres so they will now be much easier to find in this new category. Check out our new range of Stealth Flies to see how we use these fibres to great effect, resulting in much tidier flies that fish exactly as they were designed and are much more effective as a result. We are confident that you will not find these fibres for sale elsewhere, so if you want to tie Stealth flies as nature intended then look no further and don't waste your valuable time searching for what doesn't exist! These flibres are supplied in our standard 12" format so that you can use them for tails as well as bodies, but they are all supplied with a spare cable-tie so you can hank them as I do myself for making the "wings" with. To do this simply select about half the bunch and remove it from the hank with scissors. Then use the cable-tie provided to grip the loose half of the hank in the centre, fold in half and trim the ends to exactly six inches long, then your wing fibres will be the perfect length once you cut them off. Easy-peasy! Perfect "wings" every time......it's all in the preparation you know! Enjoy!
