This is not a small fly, as I'm sure pike do not see small rainbow trout on a regular basis, but it casts very well just like all of the others in my range. Tied with a mix of materials carefully chosen to best represent the natural attraction points in the real thing. Flashy silver flanks, magenta body stripe, green back, black spots, big silver eye, shiny gill plate, it's got the lot. Add to that a lovely, enticing wriggling action on the retreive and you've got a proper winner for the big reservoirs or any other trout water. I am currently working on a giant version for back-drifting from a boat; watch this space! I've lots more places to try with this little beauty.

PLEASE NOTE........these flies are tied to order ONLY and typically take about a week before being tied and shipped. They are also slightly different to what is on display......as I find new and better ways of tying them the patterns are improved and look more lifelike. I hope you are satisfied with the outcome!
